ATHLETES

Taylor uses Evidence Based Applied Performance Psychology to assist athletes in advancing to even greater levels of performance. In devising a mental skills training plan that is best suited to each individual, clients become confident in their effectiveness, and more understanding of their unique tolerance of the extreme pressures and difficulties within high performance careers. Having represented New Zealand on the world stage as a competitive skier, Taylor can personally relate to these demands, which fuels her desire to help others travelling down a similar path all the more.
